An original administrative building with “E” shaped ground plan, characteristic for its good accessibility from the centre of the city as well as from the city ring road and from the direction of Brno. The simple and flexible variability of interiors complies with individual requirements of both large and small companies. Clients may use direct connection to catering and conference premises. Construction works on City Deco have started in Spring 2010.

CITY DECO building consists of three wings, interconnected by transverse wing to create the letter E. Open atriums between the wings will serve as green relaxation zones. The tenants of this building will surely benefit from the variability of internal distribution of office spaces in independent sets starting already at the size of 150 m², with the possibility to divide the area in line with the specific needs of tenant.
