Structure of the Group

In 2006, ECM REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS S.A. issued shares on the Prague Stock Exchange and became the tenth company to trade shares on the Prague market. Institutional and private investors were offered 1,590,030 shares for a total of 74.7 million euros, as of today, a total of 6,868,092 shares are traded on the main market of the Prague Stock Exchange.

ECM continues to try to geographically diversify its portfolio and because of that is not only realizing projects in Russia, Poland or in China. In the Czech Republic it is the realization of projects in individual regional centres of the Czech Republic. ECM projects focus on administration buildings, hotels, residential projects and shopping centres which result in comprehensive services and fully functional buildings for the end user.

The servicing company ECM Real Estate Investments k.s. provides an umbrella over the operation of the developer part of ECM. It offers robust support, strong professional know-how and practical knowledge of the conditions in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Its role is to provide service support to other companies within ECM. It organises and ensures all processes within ECM Group and co-ordinates the implementation of individual projects. The company’s corporate strategy is to provide high-quality services in development, financing and project sales.
