- At the end of 2010 was seen more activity on the real estate market, which was probably
related to a gradual recovery in the economy.
- During Q4 2010 was the market supplied by 22 236 sq m of office space. A total of
50,400 square meters were delivered to the market during 2010, which was the lowest
volume in history.
- The quarterly take-up reached approximately 60 000 sq m, particularly due to relocations
and renegotiations of companies Oracle, Deutsche Börse and Merck Sharp &
Dohme.
- Prime yields decreased during 2010 below 7,00 % to 6,90% by the end of the year.
