CITY EMPIRIA is starting to fill up with tenants. All 11 reconstructed floors are presently fully occupied. Intensive work is now being done to the building's top floors, which will be occupied by ECM, the CITY project developer. Of these the 21st floor is planned to accommodate the pharmaceutical company Zentiva. Both corporations will move in this April. Based on agreements made with future tenants reconstruction of the interior of the 3rd and the 18th to 20th floors will soon begin.

Although active construction in Pankrac on Hvezdova Street has been taking place since last April, the final construction is now culminating. Work on CITY's first construction has been completed in order for the CITY POINT object to be completed and passed on to tenants in June 2004. Presently, the building's facade is being worked on intensively while the west part of CITY POINT has been closed so thermal insulating of the interior may begin. The contractor has finished work in the east part at the beginning of March and now continues by paneling the building with aluminum panels.
