Continued rapid growth supported by a successful listing on the stock exchange
ECM Real Estate Investments A.G.'s (ECM) CITY POINT building has a new owner.
Today, ECM REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS A.G., one of the leaders operating in the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the development, investment and facility management segments has launched the first bond issue on the Czech market. ECM REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS A.G. is issuing the floating coupon bonds with the face value of CZK 1,000,000 each for the issue price of 100%. The coupon will be derived from 6M PRIBOR + 2,90% p.a. The total nominal amount of the bonds issued on the issue date is CZK 1,000,000,000.

Last week the ECM Group signed a contract with TietoEnator Czech s.r.o. for the leasing of the former "Water Management House" in Ostrava which after its reconstruction will provide 8,000 m2 of office space. The contract for the entire main building was signed for 5 years. The new tenant will start moving into the modern VARENSKA OFFICE CENTER by the end of this year.

At the end of last year, the ECM Group signed a contract with Generali Pojistovna a.s. to build their new headquarters in the CITY ELEMENT building in Pankrac. The building which will be part of the CITY project will be recognized by its interesting architectural design with a layout in an "L" shape open to the entire CITY complex from the south-eastern direction. Construction should begin in the third quarter of this year and the tenants should move in at the beginning of 2009.
ECM Real Estate Investments A.G. ("ECM"), a company
registered in Luxembourg and owner of several real estate project companies in the Czech
Republic and Russia today begins conditional trading on the Prague Stock Exchange with
its shares which have the ISIN number LU0259919230. The offer price per share is Euro 47
(1318,30 CZK).

The development group ECM, in cooperation with its subsidiary firm ECM Office Liben s.r.o. won the privately organized tender for the acquisition and subsequent leasing of the CCS (Ceska spolecnost pro platebni karty a.s.) building.

The CITY project will offer the public a unique relaxation center. The ECM Group has signed an agreement with the Hamburg-based company MeridianSpa to develop the first spa-like sports and recreation center in the Czech Republic, in one of the complexes that is to be built on the Pankrac Plains.

The ECM Group introduces another one of its projects; the construction of 104 unique family homes in Unhost.
Investment into the residential project named Unhost Terraces will exceed 500 million CZK and will be executed within the joint venture framework with international investor Citigroup Property Investors (CPI), a member of the Citigroup company.

The ECM Group has announced plans to further expand its reach in Europe by undertaking a large scale retail project in the Russian city of Ryazan. The Ryazan Shopping Mall project will be the only shopping centre of its kind in the area and will directly provide services to over 800,000 citizens.
