Object description

The Biskupský Dvůr administrative centre is a modern building with 2,000 sq m of area, which meets the requirements of today’s market for the aesthetic, technical and functional qualities of administrative space. Being located in the centre of Prague contributes to the attractiveness of the building.

It is furnished with sophisticated technological equipment at a very high standard of quality. Thanks to that, the building can be used without any problems with a guarantee of high safety and security.

The Biskupský dvůr, a.s. company (a member of ECM Real Estate Investments A.G.) is this project’s developer and owner. Its plan for this central site was to create a building interesting in terms of design and architecture, which would be in tune with the historic environment, and in particular, would offer a modern, friendly and quiet working environment to tenants and clients in the centre of Prague.

The Biskupský Dvůr administration building is located on the Biskupský Dvůr street in Prague 1, which is not far from Prague's business and banking centre, Namesti Republiky, Na Prikope street and Vaclavske Namesti (Wenceslas square).
