HR Department and our ideals

While the basic goal of ECM is to run a successful business in terms of project development, we put a large emphasis on realizing projects oriented towards the end user and try to crease an environment for a high quality of life, work and leisure and we work on the development of our employees.

We believe that the noticeable growth of ECM and the expansion into other regions is largely due to the ECM employees. Because of that, we provide a lot of room to grow and develop talents.
