ECM has been on the Czech market since 1991 and has implemented many successful projects in Prague as well as in other regions of the Czech Republic and abroad. The company has a portfolio consisting of completed office, residential, hotel and multi-functional projects. As of June 30^th, 2007 the ECM portfolio consists of 16 development and 4 investment projects covering a total area of more than 300,000 sq m. ECM´s success is not only a result of its market knowledge and the know-how of its employees, but also a reflection of its philosophies and values.

The examples below illustrate this approach of ours:

• investing up to CZK 250 million in transportation infrastructure and the vegetation in the vicinity of the CITY Project site under a pooled project of the developers and the Prague 4 Municipality from 2004 to 2006
• giving priority to supplier relations with corporations that are able to furnish an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificate, and that pursue, on that basis, a specific policy of quality assurance, environmental protection and respect the principles of sustainable development of the society
• investing up to CZK 6 million in the replacement of windows in the prefabricated apartment blocks near the CITY Project site. This will improve the housing standard of the people living in the Pankrác housing estate directly exposed to the impact of the construction work
• building an anti-noise screen at the CITY POINT building site to screen off the excessive construction noise
• ensuring that all developer projects are subject to internal environmental audits
• providing specific support to greenery planting in the suburban zones of Prague .
