Milan Janků - Operational Committee member

Mr. Janků founded the Group in November 1991. He is indirectly the sole majority shareholder and warrantholder of the company REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS A.G. and holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, is a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Executive Management Council. He was previously Country Manager for the Czech and Slovak Republic for Girozentrale der Oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG (today Erste Bank). He is a graduate of the Bundeshandelsakademie in Vienna, Austria (1982-1987, Business Administration) and the Fernuniversitaet in Bochum, Germany (1987-1991, Financial Markets). He speaks Czech, German and English.

Antonín Jakubše – Operational Committee member 

Born in 1955, he graduated at the University of Economics in Prague , gaining also a Master of Science Degree (MSc.). Since 2007, he has been a member of the top management committee of ECM, primarily responsible for Investor Relations, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology and Corporate Center . Before joining ECM he was a Chairman and President of CSA, Czech Airlines and a Chairman and President of Aero Vodochody.
