Residential Housing Project Unhost Terraces – "Unique living"

The project known as “Unhost Terraces” expands ECM’s portfolio of regional projects in the Czech Republic. This new residential project is situated in an attractive locality approximately 14 km away from Prague in the picturesque city of Unhost and includes the construction of 104 family homes in two phases. When completed, the Unhost Terraces project will have a total area of 42,356m² and will offer a unique place to live with  quality architecture and an attractive urban landscape including inclined terraces leading down to the central lake.

The Unhost Terraces residential project is in close proximity to the beautiful Krivoklatska region and fulfils all of the needs of today’s householder, who, after a hard day’s work, is looking for peace and quiet in the middle of nature.

In addition, the Unhost Terraces provide excellent amenities. Future tenants will find two elementary schools, a school focused on music and the arts, a kindergarten, a library, an event hall and fitness centre as well as a wide array of shops and services.

The construction of the Unhost Terraces residential project is taking place in two phases.  Phase 1, the construction of the first 27 family houses, was completed at the end of 2007 and the second phaes, which includes an additional 77 family homes will be completed by the end of 2008.

The residential area will offer detached houses, duplexes and townhouses with gardens, all of which will have generous floor plans available in both 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom options with all having at least three bathrooms.
